The Online Gamber/WPT PG Million Satellite - Terms and Conditions

  1. You agree that by taking part in “The Online Gamber/WPT PG Million Satellite” promotion and tournaments (the “Promotion”) you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).

  2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:

    1. be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) where required or such other age as is applicable;

    2. successfully completed registration and opened an account with us at PartyGammon using the appropriate bonus code (the “Bonus Code”) and deposited a minimum of ten United States Dollars (US $10) (“Player Account”); or deposited a minimum of ten United States Dollars (US $10) into an existing Player Account using the Bonus Code.

    3. not be a resident of the United States of America.

  3. The “Tournament” will mean the The Online Gamber/WPT PG Million Satellite and which will be identified in the PartyGammon.com lobby. Entries to the Tournament are strictly limited to one thousand and twenty-four (1,024) Qualifying Players and seats are non-transferable.

  4. The Tournament will take place at 21:00hrs GMT on Wednesday January 3, 2007.

  5. The top thirty-two (32) ranking Qualifying Players from the Tournament will win the following “Prizes”:

      Prizes
    1st The PartyGammon Million Prize Package
    2nd Entry into the $440 Million Satellite
    3rd - 4th Entry into the $60 Million Qualifier
    5th – 8th Entry into the $35 Million Qualifier
    9th – 16th Entry into the $16 PG Sub-Qualifier
    17th – 32nd Entry into the $10 PG Sub-Qualifier

  6. The “PartyGammon.com Million Prize Package” mean a prize package comprising the “buy-in” to the PartyGammon.com Million worth ten thousand United States Dollars (US$ 10,000), five nights at the Atlantis Resort Hotel from January 21, 2007 to Janaury 25, 2007, and eight hundred United States Dollars towards your flight and transportation costs (“Travel Expenses”).

  7. Qualifying Players may only win one (1) PartyGammon Million Prize Package.

  8. No cash alternative is available for the Prizes. Winners must not sell or transfer their Prizes to any third party.

  9. Winners of The PartyGammon.com Million Prize Package will be contacted by PartyGammon to the email address or telephone number provided by them when setting up their Player Account. In the event that a winning Qualifying Player does not contact PartyGammon within five (5) days of us sending such email or making such telephone call we reserve the right to offer the applicable PartyGammon.com Million Prize Package to the next runner-up.

  10. Valid photo identification and proof of age may be required to claim your PartyGammon Million Prize Package. Any winner whose documentation does not adhere or conform to these requirements will not be able to take up their Prize.

  11. Winners must accept their Prize as-is. PartyGammon reserves the right to replace each winners Prize with one of similar or greater value.

  12. Winners are responsible for payment of any applicable tax on any Prize won.

  13. If a non-Qualifying Player is deemed a winner and realized after the fact, PartyGammon reserves the right to offer the applicable prize to the next runner-up.

  14. Neither the employees of PartyGammon, PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

  15. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to sign if asked, a release form allow PartyGammon and its group to use your name, photograph and relevant personal information for all advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world without further compensation.

  16. We reserve the right to amend the entry process to the Promotion and/or Tournaments including by way of example and without limitation, the right to increase or reduce the number of participants in any of the Tournaments.

  17. PartyGammon reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.

  18. We and our group companies may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partyaccount.com.

  19. PartyGammon reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in the Promotion you acknowledge your acceptance of any such changes.

  20. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by PartyGammon’s management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.

  21. If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond the control of PartyGammon, PartyGammon shall incur no liability and Prizes will not be awarded.

  22. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
