  1. What do I need to do to join a game and start playing backgammon?
    To play backgammon at PartyGammon.com, you’ll need our FREE software, which you can download simply and easily (see directly below in section 2).
  2. How do I download the PartyGammon.com software?
    Downloading the software is easy. Just click on the 'Download' link at the top of any page on the PartyGammon.com site. If you experience any difficulties when downloading, please contact PartyGammon.com's customer care at info@PartyGammon.com, provide specific information regarding your problem, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
  3. I downloaded the software but now I can't find it.
    If you downloaded the software (PartyGammonSetup.exe) but forgot where you saved it, don't worry. Just go to Start-->Find-->File or Folders and type in PartyGammonSetup.exe in the 'Named:' box. Once found, just double-click and join the party!
  4. I installed PartyGammon.com software, but I can't hear any sounds.
    Enabling sounds for your games is easy. Simply follow these steps:
       a) Log in using your Party Account details.
       b) In the PartyGammon.com Lobby, select 'Options'.
       c) Click on the 'Video & Audio Options' option and make sure that it is checked.
       d) Click on the 'Sounds On/Off' option and make sure that it is checked.
    Please ensure that you have a valid sound card and your speaker is not set to mute.
  5. I installed the software. Now where do I go to start playing?
    Once you have downloaded the software, locate the PartyGammon.com icon (the BackGammon checker on your desktop) and double-click. You can also click on the 'Start' button on the bottom left of your screen and then search for PartyGammon.com in the first menu that appears. You should find 'PartyGammon' in the upper half of the menu. Just click on it, click on PartyGammon, and you can fund your account and start playing.
  6. Do I need to go to the PartyGammon.com web site each time I want to play?
    No, you just have to click on the PartyGammon.com icon on the desktop (the Backgammon checker) to launch the application. This automatically connects you to the PartyGammon.com platform so you can start playing.
