Benefits of PartyPoints: giving you something back at every level of play.
You spoke, we listened. We've enhanced our reward plan by introducing new levels, better bonus and cash options in the store and, above all, absolute clarity as to how we reward you for your play.
Collecting points is as simple as ever: as usual, we'll reward all your real-money play with PartyPoints which will be sent straight to your account for you to spend in our PartyPoints Store. To find out more, check out the 'How to earn' tab.
So what have we changed? Take a look:
- We've introduced new levels so you always get something back that's in proportion to your play
- We've widened the range of items on offer in the store so there's something to reward every level of play, enabling you to get the best value from your points
- As well as cash which you can withdraw directly, and bonuses which you have 180 days to release, we've added some amazing luxury items for our Palladium members

Here's how it works: As you earn points you will be placed in key levels. The more PartyPoints you collect, the higher your key level and the more value you can unlock from our store. Once you reach our top key level, Palladium Elite, you can buy bonuses in the store which give you up to $20 back for every 100 points, equating to 40% rake-back.
You achieve a key level by earning the required number of PartyPoints during a single month or quarter (see table below). Once you reach a key level, you can immediately unlock rewards available to that key level for the remainder of the month or quarter and the one following it.
To maintain a particular key level, you must earn the required PartyPoints in the following month or quarter in order to stay at that key level or to advance to the next key level.
Check out the key levels below to find out how many points you have to collect to reach them. Then, take a look at the rewards table to see what you can get once you're there.

FAQ
Have my points changed in value since 1st July, 2009?
No, but you can now spend them on a larger range of items.
How long do I have to release a bonus I have bought in the store?
You'll have 180 days, regardless of cost and size.
Can I redeem my points for items at a lower level than the one I'm in?
You can, but we don't recommend it: you wouldn't benefit from the better value offered by buying at your own level.
