PartyGammon.com “Showcase Matches” Promotion- Terms and Conditions

  1. You agree that by taking part in the above-mentioned PartyGammon.com (“PartyGammon” or “We”) promotion, “Showcase Matches” (the “Promotion”), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).
  2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
    1. be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) where required;
    2. have successfully completed registration at www.partypoker.com, www.partycasino.com, www.partybingo.com, www.partygammon.com or www.partybets.com (collectively the “Sites”) and deposited a minimum of twenty-five US Dollars (US $25) (the “Qualifying Deposit”) to open a real money account (“Player Account”); and
    3. not be domiciled in a Restricted Territory: Bulgaria, Turkey, Myanmar, India, Afghanistan, Cook Islands, France, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Israel, North Korea, Libya, Nauru, Nigeria, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Syria, USA and China
    4. (a “Qualifying Player”)
  3. The “Promotion Period” will mean the period from 14:00 hrs ET until 23:59 hrs ET on Thursday, 24th May 2007.
  4. At 14:00 hr ET, two professional backgammon players (the “Pros”) shall play each other in a fifteen-point backgammon game within the MATCH tab on PartyGammon.com (the “Pro Game”). For a period of two hours after the completion of the Pro Game, Qualifying Players will be able to challenge either of the Pros to a three-point game of backgammon within PartyGammon.com (the “Promotional Games”).
  5. Qualifying Players can find the Promotion Games within PartyGammon.com by searching for the Pros’ names.
  6. In the event that any Qualifying Players win one of the Promotional Games, they shall receive a sum of between $50 and $100, the exact figure to be confirmed prior to each Promotional Game (the “Prize”).
  7. Qualifying Players may only play in one Promotional Game against each Pro. In the event that any Qualifying Player takes part in more than one Promotional Game with either Pro, PartyGammon reserves the right to reclaim any Prize that may have been awarded.
  8. Prizes shall be deposited into Player Accounts within 72 hours of the end of the Promotional Games.
  9. PartyGammon’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  10. Neither the employees of PartyGammon, PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  11. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
  12. We and our group companies may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partygaming.com.
  13. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in the Promotion you acknowledge your acceptance of any such changes.
  14. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
  15. If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and no alternative bonuses will be awarded.
  16. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
